Udayanithi Stalin has recently made a complaint to the producers Council, claiming that Kajal Agarwal is not ready to ready to return the advance amount of 40 Lakhs rupees for the film 'Nanbenda'.
The remarkable fact is that Kaajal Agarwal who was earlier roped in for 'Nanbenda' was then removed, and Nayanthara has replaced her. Udayanithi is now asking to return the advance amount, for which she is not ready to.
The producers council has now sent a notice to the actress seeking clarification on the issue. Kaajal Agarwal has said that she has signed the film initially, but stalin has eliminated her from the film claiming that her recent film at that time 'Alagu Raja' hasn't made good effects at the viewers and the boxoffice.
She added that she has allocated about 40 days for the film, but they have removed her at the last minute, which has made all her dates wasted.
She even insisted that it was clearly mentioned in the agreement that there is no need to return the advance amount.
Meanwhile, Nanbenda has reached its final stages of shooting and they are shooting at several locations in Europe for the song sequences.
