Isaignani Ilaiyaraja is known for his wonderful compositions in the past few decades. Now he will be doing the music composition for the first ever Sanskrit animation movie called ‘Punyakoti’.
The movie is about a truth-speaking cow in a village and it is directed by Ravishankar. The movie is produced by the trending format called ‘crowd funding’ and Ilaiyaraja has appreciated the efforts taken for this movie.
When the director was asked about choosing Sanskrit as the language, he explained that it is a scientific language which is said to be the origin of many western languages as well. The director says that this movie will be a tribute to the rich Indian culture and tradition.
