Director Saamy is well known for getting an A certification for his movies. This is a long standing opinion too. His upcoming film Kangaroo went up for examination recently and receieved a U from the censorship boards!
Arjuna is the hero of this recently certified film, and SriPriyanka, Varsha Ashwathi, R Sundarrajan, Thambi Ramayyah, Kalabavan Mani, Ganja Karuppu and producer Jinnah acy along with him. Saamy's own mother has chided him for making adulterated films earlier.
About Kangaroo, Saamy said, that his mother will approve and that it will be a film that breaks his old image. True to his word, this film was certified a U. Kollywood needs time to get used to this rating though!
