Santhanam's surprise role.

Santhanam joined the Aambala unit very late and is considered to be a surprise addition to the star cast. Sathish was roped in as the comedian but director Sundar C also brought in Santhanam at the last minute not wanting to leave out his favourite comedian from his star cast.

The latest update from the Aambala team is that Santhanam plays a cop in it. It may be noted here that Hansika, the heroine in Aambala, will appear as a woman police in  this Vishal starrer.
